Remote Learning Provision
In the event that your child cannot work in school and needs to work remotely, work will uploaded online for pupils to complete at home. Information and links will be shared via Class Dojo and resources will be available on the Padlet Platform.
If a child does not have access to a computer/laptop and/or the internet, the school will do all it can to support children and will provide paper packs of learning. Where funding can be accessed, remote devices (eg, laptops) and/or 4G connections will be sought, particularly for disadvantaged children. Parents will be reminded to make the school aware of any barriers to accessing remote learning.
In the event of any form of isolation, lockdown and loss of learning caused by remote learning, parents must understand that engagement in home learning is compulsory. However, if children themselves are too ill to attend then they should not be expected to engage in home learning, we would expect parents to notify us if this was the case.
We do not foresee any unavoidable school closures in the near future.
