We have been learning all about colour! 

We now understand that the 3 primary colours can’t be made and are used to make secondary colours. We used our knowledge of colour mixing to make our own colour wheel. 

We have been looking at Artist Vincent Van Gogh. 

We did observational drawings of autumn leaves, tree bark rubbings and used a viewfinder to find our favourite part of Van Gogh’s autumn trees and then sketched it. 
We then drew and painted our own autumn trees like Van Gogh.
